Overview

This is an advanced coloring book for older students. There are two pages for most elements. One page has a descriptive paragraph telling the history of discovery and many of the uses for the element including in industry, research, military, and fine arts. The second page has black and white drawings of these uses as well as minerals/ores. There is a long section at the back of the book supplying word puzzles, activities and ideas for group games. There are lists of questions for each element, with easy, medium and hard clues. A great resource for both students and teachers. Este es un libro para colorear avanzado, diseñado para estudiantes de mayor edad. La mayoría de los elementos cuentan con dos páginas: una incluye un párrafo descriptivo que narra la historia de su descubrimiento y muchos de sus usos (como en la industria, la investigación, el ámbito militar y las bellas artes); la segunda página contiene dibujos en blanco y negro de estos usos, así como de minerales y menas. Al final del libro, hay una amplia sección con crucigramas, actividades e ideas para juegos en grupo.
