Rhonda and Linda have been friends for over 30 years. They always talked about writing a book together; after they both retired they realized their wish by writing The Journal. The Journal was the first Rhonda Brown book in a trilogy about the Luna family. Their second book In Her Eyes was completed in 2011. Just Call Me Sara, their third book, is the last book of the trilogy. Rhonda was born Rhonda Luna in 1951 in Bisbee, Arizona. Rhonda is a third generation Arizonian and has lived in southern Arizona all of her life. Her family has been involved in ranching, farming, and mining in southern Arizona since it was a territory. Rhonda currently lives in the Santa Rita Mountains outside of Sonoita, Arizona with her 12 year old son, Tyler and her husband, Steve. Linda also has lived in Arizona for over 40 years.
