Author Information

Noëlle Smit lives in the Dutch countryside where she has her own vegetable patch and greenhouse, as well as fruit trees and berry bushes. Her favourite vegetables are green asparagus, mangold beets and purple kale. She also enjoys making jam and preserves, so she can taste the summer throughout the winter. Noëlle studied fine art in Utrecht in The Netherlands, specialising in book illustration. In the Garden is her second solo book.
