Written by: Mark Powell is a business soft skills trainer and presentations coach based in Mallorca. In his 25-year career he has worked with a wide range of Fortune 500 companies and authored six different bestselling titles. Mark's books, including the intermediate and upper intermediate levels of Macmillan's highly successful In Company series (now in its third edition), are regularly in use at PepsiCo, Citibank, Yahoo, Daimler and Exxon Mobil, among many others.
