Lorenzo Casini is a Tenured Associate Professor of Administrative Law in the Faculty of Law at the University of Rome 'Sapienza'. He is a Research Fellow at New York University for the Global Administrative Law Project and has written several articles and books on comparative and global administrative law. Omri Sender is Counsel at The World Bank and a consultant in public international law. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in international law at the George Washington University Law School, and frequently writes and publishes in the field of public international law.
