When a crotchety, down-on-his-luck old man turns up as a temporary employee in Lindsie's father's bookshop, she and her friend Evan feel sorry for him. Jennifer Johnson Garrity grew up in Portland, Oregon. She has never, to her dismay, traveled through time, but she has been privileged to travel around much of the United States and Europe. Jennifer currently resides in southern Germany. She is also the author of The Bushwacker. Lloyd James (a.k.a. Sean Pratt) has been narrating since 1996 and has recorded over six hundred audiobooks.
