Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationChristine Reeh-Peters is a Professor of Film and Digital Arts at the Protestant University of Applied Sciences in Bochum, Germany. She holds a PhD and an MA, both in Philosophy of Art and Aesthetics from the Faculty of Letters, University of Lisbon, Portugal, and a diploma in Film Direction from the Lisbon film school (Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema). Her most well-known documentaries include Waiting for Europe and Mother Fatima. As a philosopher, Christine is dedicated to the area of film and philosophy: she published one monography and more than fifteen articles and book chapters, and edited two anthologies. Stefan Winter is Honorary Professor of Artistic Research at the Film University Babelsberg, Germany, and Visiting Professor at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. From 2019 to 2024, he headed the Institute for Artistic Research at the Film University Babelsberg and served as representative of Germany at the European Forum for Advanced Practices. He published two monographies and more than 50 book chapters and papers on all epochs in philosophy and the history of knowledge, and on present-day questions across the disciplines.
