Her research interest is comparative intellectual property law. She was educated in both China Mainland and England. She received Herchel Smith Scholarship and Overseas Research Scholarship during her Ph.D study at Queen Mary Intellectual Property Law Research Institute, University of London. She is an advisor of the Fourth Amendment of Chinese Patent Law for National Intellectual Property Administration, People's Republic of China. She is council member of the China Health Law Association and China Case Law Association and the founding member of their specialised Intellectual Property Committees.
