Timothy J. Tobin, EdD, SPHR, is the vice president of Global Learning and Leadership Development at Marriott International. While at Marriott, he has earned the 2012 Bersin & Associates award for Leadership Development Strategy Excellence, the 2012 Chief Learning Officer award for Innovative Practice, and the 2013 Bersin & Associates award for Enabling High-Impact Learning. Wayne Shepherd is a veteran radio broadcaster with forty-five years of experience as a voice talent, an interviewer, and a radio host of several nationally syndicated radio programs, including the weekly interview program First Person. In addition to his career in radio, he has also been narrating audiobooks for many years with dozens of titles to his credit. Based in Chicago, he serves on the boards of The Far East Broadcasting Company and Mission Eurasia.
