He is the co-founder of RC Development Solutions, a business strategy and coaching firm. As former CEO of The Kincaid Group, he helped scale annual revenue from a $2.56M loss to nearly $300M. He has served as Assistant City Manager, school district administrator, and national championship coach. Ron holds a B.S. in Finance, an MBA, and facilitates both Covey and EOS.
