Just like all of you I've had some adversities in life. I've struggled with my marriage to a porn addict for almost twenty-three years and even longer with my relationship and trust with Jesus. I have made some decisions that have been good; while others have been Really, what were you thinking? kind of mistakes. But God said, Cindy, seek me with your whole heart! And for me to do that, He has had to knock me to my knees repeatedly and, at times, hit me upside the head to get my stubborn hardened hearts attention. However, through all this, He has shown me what kind of life I can have if I would just submit to His will. Jeremiah 29:11, For I ALONE know the plans I have for you. And His I Wills. In Ezekiel 36:22-36 these are His promises for my life that I stand on. I will take out your stony heart! Satan has tried to steal, kill, and destroy me, my marriage, love, and any hope of a future. But God's goal... to give me a future, He says, I will bring people to you for their ruins to be rebuilt. He had a plan for my life, to use my adversities to bring healing to others who suffer like I once suffered. As for me now, I am finally able to give thanks and praise for that once Unintended Journey has now lead me to my Intended Journey with God and my husband.
