Jessica Smith stars in several best-selling DVDs and teaches at the Canyon Ranch and Miami EQUINOX fitness clubs. She contributes regularly to www.ivillage.com, www.shape.com, and Redbook magazine. She has been a featured expert online, on TV, and in numerous publications, including Shape, SELF, Fitness, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, and The Wall Street Journal. Liz Neporent has a master's degree in exercise science from New York University.
