Many of those assisting at Treatment Centres may have had little Opportunity, in the past, of gaining experience of this work, and for such it is intended. It was planned more than a year ago with the object of providing a small volume which should contain a description of the methods which are found, in practice, to be most valuable in the treatment of gonorrhoea and its complications. Active service conditions have considerably delayed its production and somewhat limited its scope but, throughout, the aim has been to give practical details of methods which have been fully tested in many thousand cases with satisfactory results.
