Table of ContentsReviews""I really liked how in The Smartwatch Adventures, The Bike Race was a comparison to the David and Saul story in the Bible, where a friend is being mean, but they don't understand. To me it helps a lot to have the Bible compared with a cool story like The Smartwatch Adventures, The Bike Race. Maverick really was displayed as a great character in the story. He was very similar to Saul. It was a little bit sad that Maverick did not learn anything about being more kind, but that's kind of how life is. I think it was really great how the two friends learned that having grace for one another is good. The technology and how it's used as a fictional thing-I loved it. Honestly, I really hope you write more of these wonderful stories. (The Bike Race left me on a cliffhanger.)"" -Evangeline, age 12 ""I loved The Bike Race. It had a great moral of the story and the characters were all very interesting. I loved the part where Maverick and Barr team up then Maverick leaves and Rhys help Barr. I think the story is very wholesome and engaging."" -Caitlyn, age 12 ""Dorothy Piazza has succeeded once again in weaving a Biblical story into a modern action packed adventure. A great read for middle grade kids, for whom dealing with technological marvels is easy but dealing with bullies is always a challenge."" -E. Power, - Teacher Author InformationDorothy J.
