Reviews

“This book provides a helpful overview of oral health conditions and their management with the potential to be a good resource for oral health promoters to help individuals improve their own health, reduce health inequalities and encourage healthy development in future generations.” (Roshni Patel, British Dental Journal, Vol. 234 (5), March, 2023)

She managed the Health Education Authority’s oral health education projects until leaving the NHS in 2001. Since then she has worked with a range of national voluntary sector organisations, writing and reviewing educational resources on a wide range of topics.  She is a patient reviewer for the British Medical Journal and has been a regular peer reviewer for the British Dental Journal.
