As a rhymes fan I loved the writing! The book is fun and easy to read together with the little ones- after they ask to read it over and over they remembered some parts Cute, inventive story about why you might see the moon's light on during the day, and in fact, why it's even on at night! Keeps children's imagination active as they peek out into the night sky. A great night time read . Nice story for little kids and it gives a cute explanation for something I've always wondered about. Is definitely recommend for the wee ones in your life. My granddaughter is 10 and she loved The Man in the Moon book. It's a good read for her at bedtime in particular. Will definitely recommend it. So I decided to keep this book in my traveling grandma bag and read to my little ones at bedtime. The book is beautifully written and can be read in a singsong voice. The brightness of the moon and the twinkling stars against the dark blue background captured my attention. .
