No ruler can take office without the power of Usala, which can only be granted by the Creator. Every ruler of Helius also carries the Staff of Edem, which is the Gateway, and with it, all planets can be breached. It is a very powerful symbol of the noble house, and with it comes immense powers. The House of Hegron is one story that will keep you entertained, and until you are finished, there is no way your mind will be at rest.
