Author Information

Harry Israel has been surrounded by art and artists all of his life. The son of an artist, raised in the Bohemian atmosphere of the San Francisco Bay Area art scene of the 50's and 60's, he was appreciating and collecting art at a very young age. With no talent for creating artwork, he nonetheless continued to follow his passion as a collector into adulthood, and a lifelong career in art sales. Throughout his career as an art consultant and a collector, it became obvious that many talented artists and their work were unknown to the public. It was clear that a virtual Cornucopia of brilliant artwork was out there, just not being seen or acknowledged. It's his passion for assisting artists in succeeding, and a desire to bring their works of art into people's lives, that's been the motivating force behind this book. Harry has made it his goal to provide every capable artist the opportunity to share their vision and talent with the world, and to make a nice living while doing so....
