Overview

Annabelle was born under the magic of a Blue Moon. Her mother believes in the magic of the moon and the stars. Her father is proud of his magnificent daughter and he himself is very tall. Annabelle is more energetic than usual and her mom believes that's because of the the Blue Moon. Annabelle has a hard time sitting still. She twirls and spins around the classroom. Other parents started to notice and whisper. One of Annabelle's best friends is her cat, Leo. They love being together, bouncing and twirling and taking naps. Leo and Annabelle dream together and go on marvelous adventures in their dreams. Anything is possible in their Blue Moon dreams! Annabelle becomes an excellent science student, but she's still determined to become a professional dancer. But, as she grows, her body does not cooperate! To her dismay, Annabelle becomes the tallest girl in her class. She shares her dreams and fears with Leo. Leo wasn't born perfect, in fact, he has a crooked tail and funny spots on his face, but that never bothered him much! Annabelle sees the good in others but not in herself. As she grows taller, she becomes more self-conscious about her body. But Annabelle's parents and Leo love her just the way she is. When she grows up, she discovers that dreams come true but sometimes in unexpected ways.
