His general audience works include the flintlock fantasy novels Witchy Eye, Witchy Winter, Witchy Kingdom, and Serpent Daughter, the modern fantasy novels The Cunning Man, The Jupiter Knife, and The Familiar Spirit (with Aaron Michael Ritchey), the science fiction novels In the Palace of Shadow and Joy and Among the Gray Lords, the science fiction short story collection Between Princesses and Other Jobs, and the time travel novels Time Trials and Ice Trials (with M.A. Rothman), all from Baen Books. His young adult mystery novel, The Wilding Probate, was released through Immortal Works. He won a Whitney Award and AML Award for Witchy Winter and a Dragon Award for Witchy Kingdom. His middle-grade steampunk fantasy adventure tales, The Kidnap Plot, The Giant's Seat, and The Library Machine, are published by Knopf. Other novels include City of the Saints and the Rock Band Fights Evil series from WordFire Press. Dave organizes writing retreats and anarcho-libertarian writers' events, and travels the country to sell books-he's visited nearly half of all Barnes & Noble stores! He plays guitar and banjo whenever he can, and likes to hang out in Utah with his children. Callie Butler lives in Utah, where she studies and explores possible future careers. Her exploration includes volunteer work with juvenile offenders, musical composition, and now editing. She's not sure the checks are phat enough for her in the world of literature, but she's pleased to have made her mark on the career of at least this one obscure science fiction and fantasy writer. Joe Monson loves reading, books, and butter mochi. He has worked at a couple dozen different jobs during his life. In his current job, he valiantly battles worms, trojans, viruses, corruption, hardware, and updates to keep computer systems running. He co-edits-with Jaleta Clegg-the LTUE Benefit Anthologies series, and he's the series editor of the Legacy of the Corridor publication series from Hemelein Publications. His anthology, The Horror at Pooh Corner, was a successful Kickstarter and was released in bookstores worldwide in 2024. Joe writes short stories and is outlining a space opera adventure series. He collects science fiction and fantasy art, but not as much as Paul (as if that was even possible). He lives in the tops of the mountains with his thoroughly amazing wife, three miracle children, and their pet library. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
