Carl Douglass has written twenty-nine books, including two which are nonfiction. He has had a career as a teamster, a slaughterhouse worker, a lab rat, a naval medical officer, an academician, a general surgeon, a neurosurgeon, and currently as a novelist and member of Author Masterminds. He and his wife of nearly sixty years live quietly and happily in a small rural mountain town, away from the hurly burly and in relative anonymity-the way both them prefer.
