Jim was never the person to be worried about worldly affairs and how it may have an effect on him until recently. Jim noticed there were a lot of disasters and rioting going on all over the world. Jim's friends had once mentioned to him about how prepared he was in the event of an emergency, but blew it off, believing that America's borders were safe and secure.
