"Joe Blevins is a Texas born artist and author. He is an illustrator of over 30 years. He is an author of about 25 years. His hope is that you will color your pages the way you want. There is no wrong way to do this. Just do the part that ""makes the most sense"" to do first. The harder parts will fall into place. Joe uses details of animals he sees around him to make unique and fun artworks. Animals do really funny things that make you smile. Joe hopes that some of these pictures will brighten your day.
