PINO BETHENCOURT GALLAGER Advises Economic and Political Leaders to improve their executive efficiency, as well as the efficiency of the organizations they manage, and is a Professor at IE Business School, Madrid, Spain. From her beginnings, she has stood out for the pragmatic way in which she illustrates the personal interactions that make business so complicated, thereby increasing the efficiency of many organizations. In her TV appearances as well as her roles as writer, public speaker and executive advisor, Pino explains the role of emotions in everything we do, pushing us to invest in our emotional development in order to improve our results in everything we undertake. Professor at IE Business School, she colaborates regularly with Spanish economic journals, and speaks at events around the world. She has written several successful books.
