Shannon Bennett is one of Australia's most acclaimed restaurateurs. He is the owner/chef of Cafe Vue, Bistro Vue and the multi-award winning Vue du monde. An accomplished author, Shannon has written the best-selling cookbooks My Vue and My French Vue, as well as Shannon Bennett's Paris and Shannon Bennett's France. Scott Murray is a filmmaker, author and Shannon's travelling buddy. He has written extensively on world cinema and has edited several books on Australian cinema. He also co-wrote Shannon Bennett's Paris and Shannon Bennett's France.
