R B Chamberlain has an eclectic educational background including a BS in Electrical Engineering, an MS in Computer Science, and two doctorates (a PhD in Cultural Anthropology, and a ThD in Theology). Following 30 years as a Manager in a major US corporation, he retired to pursue a faculty position at Eastern Florida State College (teaching World Religions and Cultural Anthropology). He has authored numerous texts on religion, anthropology, politics and conspiracies. Portal is his first fictional work.
