Reviews

Action-packed adventure propels this short and easy to read book forward at a pace that will be hugely satisfying to emerging readers. Julia Eccleshare, Lovereading4kids Splendid but modest short books... The stories are directly and pointedly aimed at their own audience and skilfully balance between simplicity and the avoidance of condescension... Highly recommended for lots of reasons. The School Librarian (Summer 2009) Smiley's style is warm and true to life, and should gain her plenty of fans. Books for Keeps
