Amy Lademann has dedicated her life to helping people improve their health and fitness for over 20 years. She began her Pilates career in 2002 with a certification through Polestar Pilates. Amy also has numerous certifications in several dance, yoga and fitness disciplines. Rick Lademann has worked with various organisations and professional teams throughout his career including the Chicago Bulls, USA Weightlifting, US Air Force Academy and USA Figure Skating. Following this Rick served as the strength coach at the University of California Berkley.
