Author Information

Boitumelo Molebogeng Diale is a Professor and Dean of Education at Sol Plaatje University, Kimberley, South Africa. She is a registered Educational Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa and a certified Employee Wellness Practitioner. Her work advances career development across the lifespan through a life design orientation, with a strong emphasis on youth and neurodiverse populations. She currently serves as a Visiting Professor at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and previously co-coordinated the Centre for Neurodiversity at the University of Johannesburg, Soweto Campus, where she led community-focused initiatives supporting career transitions for individuals with neurodiverse needs. Chiedu Eseadi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. His professional expertise spans career guidance, mental health, and rehabilitation counselling. His scholarship centres on mental health across clinical and educational contexts, neurodiversity, and the development of evidence-informed frameworks for career transition and career counselling.
