Overview

Both the Qu'ran and the Judeo-Christian Bible affirm that God chose the Children of Israel above all other peoples and established for them a secure dwelling in the Land of Canaan [Qu'ran 10:93; 44:30-32; 17:104]; in other words we have a Qu'ranic and a Biblical right to a Jewish State of Israel until Israel fulfill Ezekiel 39:8-11. And the Philastinians, too, are children of Israel -- and especially of Judah --(Zechariah 9:5-8; 12:7). What made Islam so different - and historically special - is that, for the first time, the Middle Eastern fertile areas and the Middle Eastern desert dwellers have a common culture: the Koran. The Koran affirms many truths of Christians and Jews: the legacy of the Patriarchs; the miracles of the Exodus; the Davidic Kingship; the Prophetic and Apostolic tradition; the Virgin Birth; the utter purity, sinlessness and moral perfection of only two humans in all time: Yeshu[allah] (cf. Revelation 14:1) and His Blessed Virgin Mother Mary; the miraculous and essential-to-salvation Eucharist; the Resurrection of the Dead on the Last Day, and the Final Judgement unto infinity in bliss for the Just and the Repentant and infinite pain in hell of the greedy, the evil and the unrepentant, unless the Advocate - the one seated nearest Allah - speak on their behalf (and the only one allowed to speak); the ultimate Unity of Faith, tho' diversity of pietistic and liturgical culture of the religion from Abraham; the end of the world and a hint of the new heavens and the new earth - as a lamp in a niche in a wall, as it were, that gives infinite light, love, life and peace - just as the best in Buddhism, Christianity, Rabbinic Judaism, Hindusim, Sikhism and Jainism (the seven of Revelation 5:6) also proclaim: in other words, that humanity is to be a space-faring species (Revelation 11:12), to participate with God in forming the 12 pearly gates.
