Peace in the House on Cedar Street

Overview

From 1989 to 2024, Gregory Dean and Yvonne Patricia Arnold gave birth to, neglected, and abused 12 of their own children. To avoid the police and social services hunting for them in other states, the married couple settled in a run-down house at the edge of a dying Midwest town in Missouri where no one would think to look for them or even care. Emboldened by a decaying local justice system, the married couple declared the house and property they lived on was a new kingdom separate from America, with themselves as King and Queen of it. Using Roman Catholicism as their justification for doing this, Gregory and Yvonne coerced the Arnold children, young and old, to participate in forming a cult against their will. This is their story.
