What I gave up for Father God to put together this book series and the enterprises to follow: a) two hundred and thirty-five houses, most of them free and clear, mostly single-family homes collecting $800-$900 a month in rental fees; b) a $350,000 annual income for many years selling single-family homes. I was using the Pathway to Success and applying the Scriptures daily in my life, Doing it God's Way . I have built, rented, owned, and sold single-family homes, sub-divisions, and apartment home communities. I am 81 years of age and can get up stairs better than many fifty year olds can. I can see and hear better than most people my age. This should have your attention. If I had another 48 years to travel this earth, I don't know what I would do differently.
