Overview

Overwhelm is the new normal—and learning how to undo it is vital to our health and wellbeing. Dr. Samantha Brody offers a holistic four-step solution to “life overload” tailored to your unique challenges. Overcoming Overwhelm provides a new approach to stress: Instead of helping us manage stress or counter its effects, it shows us how to dismantle it—in order to decrease the burden causing the overwhelm in the first place. Dr. Brody guides readers through four steps: 1) Find your true north (identify what’s most important to you); 2) Fortify your foundation; 3) Take your overwhelm inventory; and 4) Create your personal plan to fit into your existing lifestyle and bandwidth for change.
