OverviewA humorous, irreverent look at how we've lost the ability to say no and how, by reacquainting ourselves with this two letter word, we can go on to live happier, less stressful and more fulfilling lives. From saying no to hen parties and weddings, to demands at work and family obligations, to toxic behaviour and friends, to saying no within the context of consent and those instances in history when people came together to say no, CAN I SAY NO? is a timely, no-holds-barred insightful examination of the power of this one small word - which can be a full sentence.
