An impressive book. It presents a very well written and engaging account that is full of important results and interesting ideas. It should be required reading for anyone interested in these areas. It is my opinion that this book brings us a long way toward understanding the neural basis of memory and points to some new directions that may lead to a better understanding of imprinting.
