Author InformationSimon Deakin PhD is Robert Monks Professor of Corporate Governance and a Fellow of Peterhouse at the University of Cambridge. Angus Johnston is Tutor and Director of Studies in Law at Trinity Hall, Cambridge and Newton Trust Affiliated Lecturer in Law at the University of Cambridge. From 1997-1998 he was Assistant to Professor Basil Markesinis at the Institute of Anglo-American Law at Leiden University, where he lectured on Tort Law. Basil Markesinis, QC, LL.D.
