Javier Alonso López (Madrid, 1967) es licenciado en Filología Semítica, DEA en Historia Antigua, y Master en Lenguas y Culturas del Oriente Próximo Antiguo, todo por la Universidad Complutense. Su carrera profesional se desarrolla en varios ámbitos diferentes. Escritor, traductor, conferenciante, guía de viajes arqueológicos y profesor de Español para Extranjeros en el IE Business School y en la IE University. Es autor de varios libros, artículos y cuentos sobre temas relacionados especialmente con la Historia Antigua y la Arqueología, o la Historia en general. Colaborador habitual de varios programas de radio y televisión que traten temas de Historia o religión, sobre todo SER Historia, de la Cadena Ser. Javier Alonso López (Madrid, 1967) holds a degree in Semitic Philology, a DEA in Ancient History, and a Master's degree in Languages and Cultures of the Ancient Near East, all from the Complutense University. His professional career spans several different fields. He is a writer, translator, lecturer, archaeological tour guide, and teacher of Spanish for foreigners at IE Business School and IE University. He is the author of several books, articles, and short stories on topics related to ancient history and archaeology, or history in general. He is a regular contributor to several radio and television programs on history and religion, particularly SER Historia on Cadena Ser.
