He has published more than 12,000 articles as a freelancer. Quentin Blake is one of Great Britain's most successful children's book authors and illustrators. He has illustrated more than 250 books by 80 different authors. His most noteworthy collaborations have been with Russell Hoban, Joan Aiken, Michael Rosen, and, of course, Roald Dahl.
