Overview

Three women, Marie, Mona and Cynthia, struggle to keep their long-standing friendship alive as they each deal with their own personal issues. The long-time friends head out on their annual reunion-getaway, this time on a trail ride through the backcountry of Eastern Oregon. Kelly Cooper lives in a small town in Eastern Oregon with her husband, a couple of dogs and a very spoiled cat named 'Black Jack.' She has been published in several small press magazines including The Lance, Horsefly, Portfolio North and Windfall Women's Journal, for which she was editor/publisher. This is her first novel.
