Maître Quesner Stephen is a lawyer and former Deputy Government Commissioner at the Port-au-Prince Prosecutor's Office (2003-2008). He holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida. He resigned from the Haitian magistracy on principle in opposition to systemic violations of the rule of law. Justice Obsolete is the rigorous demonstration of what that act of resignation had already foreseen.
