Author Information

Jeremy D. Yunt is a writer and independent scholar who holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz, and an interdisciplinary master's degree in Ethics (Philosophy) and Depth Psychology from the Graduate Theological Union, Berkeley, California. While in graduate school, he worked as a writer and editor for The Center for Theology and the Natural Sciences (CTNS) on a special program on religion, science, and environmental ethics. Prior to that, he worked as a writer and editor for the Sierra Club Legal Defense Fund, in San Francisco. Mr. Yunt also contributed to the multi-award winning book Life on the Edge: A Guide to California's Endangered Natural Resources (Heyday Press, 1994). He's published three other books, as well as peer-reviewed articles in Philosophy Now (UK) and The Journal of Humanistic Psychology, among others.
