Overview

With Wonder Woman's Lasso of Truth severed, the very concept of truth itself has been fractured -- and the heroes of the Justice League must contend with a world capriciously redefined by the dreams and fears of the human race. With the League stretched beyond its capacity, and Wonder Woman's spirit broken, can even the World's Greatest Super-Heroes stand and fight? Then, the JLA battles for control of Atlantis the help of some mages... and when only Batman remains, the Dark Knight assembles an unexpected and unfamiliar new Justice League! Collects JLA #61-76.

Author Information

"JOE KELLY broke into the comics industry in 1995 as the first successful ""graduate"" of the STAN-HATTAN PROJECT, a writing workshop conducted as a joint venture between Marvel Comics and NYU's Department of Dramatic Writing. Joe's flair for dialogue and characterization captured the attention of Marvel editors, not to mention his snappy attire and icy blue eyes that pierce a man's soul with but a glance. Kelly's comics work includes DEADPOOL, JUSTICE LEAGUE ELITE, ACTION COMICS, STEAMPUNK and many other titles. His story ""What's So Funny About Truth, Justice and The American Way?"" inspired the Warner Bros. Home Video movie ""Superman Vs. The Elite."" He is a member of the group Man of Action, which created the hit animated TV series Ben 10."
