, 1952 , , 1974 ,1991 ( ) 1978 , , , 1993 , 1995 15 1995 , 2018 - , Chunyu Liu, from Ninghe County, Hebei Province, was born in 1952. He was an educated youth from Pangjin in 1968. He Joined the Communist Party of China in 1974 and became a member of Writers Association of Liaoning Province in 1991. He graduated from Chinese Language Department of Liaoning University (Training Program for party and government officials) and Chinese Literature Self Teaching University. Since 1978, he has been publishing his literature in Poem Magazine, People's Daily, Liaoning Daily, Shenyang Daily, Mangzhong, Poem Waves, Contemporary Poems, Poem God in mainland China. He also published his literature in Autumn Water and Grape Garden in Taiwan. He has published 6 novels, poem collections and fairy tales. Two of his upcoming novels Zheshi Hutong and Bright Colored Magpie are about to be published. He became active since 1993 in social and cultural events, in planning, interviewing and writings for big TV series and special subjects for Liaoning TV and Cultural Arts Center, Liaoning TV Station and Shenyang TV Station. In 1995, he attended 15th World Poets Conference in Taiwan. Also in 1995, he had a literature tour in Australia at the invitation from Australia Chinese Writers Association. In 2018, he was appointed as Duty Chief Editor in Charge, Editor for special magazine and reporter at Liaoning Daily (Happy Elderly News and China Educated Youth Edition).
