David Winter has led an exciting and varied life. He started military life at an early age by joining the boys service of the Royal Air Force, where he served in both the Middle and the Far East during his 16 years' service. Discharged from the armed forces in 1966, he joined the Sun Life of Canada as a Life Assurance Underwriter and married Jennifer, with whom he has 3 children. David was Honorary General Secretary for a Missionary Society for 11 years, and during that period he was also the UK representative for The European Missionary Association. In this latter capacity, he took hundreds of young people to Switzerland for missionary conferences. He also sponsored and organized a multimedia presentation entitled Mission Control and a Missionary Conference entitled God's World Congress at Salford University. In 1976, David led the evangelism teams at the famous Knebworth Park pop concerts for five years. More recently, he was a presenter on Revelation TV in the UK, where he had a weekly programme called Voice in the Wilderness for 4 years. David now lives with his wife in Essex, England.
