Many adults attest to the benefits of affirmations and this book aims to give children experience of these same tools to use as they grow and learn to navigate the world around them. The book includes a mirror alongside the most uplifting affirmation of all: I love myself. I love my world. I am happy to be me! These affirmations can be returned to throughout life for reassurance and as a way to boost one's mood and confidence. Printed with eco-friendly inks and varnish on FSC paper. I shine like the Sun.
