The minutes of the Board of Directors of the Hollywood (California) Media District Business Improvement District from 2007 through 2014. These years include much of the BID's conflict with the Greater West Hollywood Food Coalition, and much of the BID's strategy is exposed in these minutes, which are ideal primary sources for students of political science, sociology, criminology, the history of Los Angeles, and so on. These documents are in the public domain, having been obtained via the California Public Records Act. The content of this book is available for free at http: //michaelkohlhaas.org . We set the price as low as we could, but it's not possible to avoid profits. We will, however, donate double any revenue to the Greater West Hollywood Food Coalition.
