Pretty boy meets good ole boy in this spicy LGBTQ+ romance about music, Appalachia, and the promise of second chances. Luke Carter was once one of the biggest names in country music, until a very public outing led him to swear off music altogether and go back home to West Virginia. When he's asked to perform a benefit concert for the arts center that gave him his start, however, he can't say no, even if that means teaming up with Mikey Smiles, the pretty boy who broke his heart when they were teenagers. Mikey Smiles has it all. He's gone from being part of the boy band the Heartthrobs to being a successful solo act and, having come out as pansexual, he can now live an authentic life. However, he's never been able to forget the good ole boy Luke Carter, the one who got away. As the two men begin their collaboration, they soon rediscover their feelings for one another.
