Katie Prokop is a Michigan native who writes heartfelt, lighthearted coming-of-age fiction inspired by the beauty of northern Michigan. A graduate of the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, Katie began her career in campus recruiting, where listening to young people share their dreams sparked her fascination with the stories that shape us. After stepping away from her corporate career for twenty-five years to raise her three children, Katie returned to her love of storytelling.
