This is Lisa Baker's fifth published book. She started writing during the last couple of years of her 15-year teaching career, where she taught elementary music, and junior high theater and culinary arts. She and Lisa are first cousins and like to write together, feeding off each others' puns and wordplay. Numerous visits to their Grandma's farm in northeast Ohio have inspired the stories of little Gertrude. Anna Marie enjoys playing the piano, gardening, cooking, working on her 1985 Mercedes 300D, traveling, and reading in her spare time. Writing offers a creative channel through which she can play. It's quite similar to a mechanical project for her. Sentences can be tweaked and improved, just like engines. Daelynn Meglasson is an artist who specializes in illustrations and occasionally explores the world of 3D art. Her primary focus lies in creating vibrant and whimsical artworks in a watercolor style. Through her illustrations, she aims to capture the essence of storytelling and bring characters to life. Her work often revolves around cartoons, infused with a touch of personality and charm.
