Curtis has written an exhaustive work with everything you could want from a book about such a conflict. The book has multiple orders of battle, strength returns at various points during the conflict, and details on just about every engagement from the conflict. It even has uniform plates and detailed notes. Yes, you really could do well with this book as a jumping-off point for gaming out this conflict. -- Military Miniature
